Reagan’s Ward Named MCC Student-Athlete of the Week (August 25)

Amarii Ward (Reagan High School) was named the Milwaukee City Conference Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of August 17-23. 

 

Ward played a critical role in Reagan’s dominant 44-7 season opener against St. Francis last Friday, contributing four touchdowns to the Huskies’ victory. The juniors’ standout moment came on an impressive 96-yard touchdown run that set a new school record for Reagan. Ward wasn’t done there, as he also converted a 49-yard touchdown reception and returned a 75-yard kickoff to add to the Huskies’ win. Capping off his stellar performance, the running back and safety threw a 25-yard touchdown pass, recorded two tackles and forced a fumble.
